These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the doctorpile.com website and all services, consultations and products offered through it. By accessing this site, booking an appointment or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to use our services or purchase products.

2. Medical Services

• All consultations, diagnoses and treatments are provided by qualified doctors and staff of doctorpile.com.
• Information on this website is educational and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please read the Medical Disclaimer for details.
• Appointment timings, availability and treatment plans are subject to change based on clinical judgement.

3. Products & Orders

• Product descriptions, images and prices are provided in good faith but may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment and generation of an order confirmation.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials. In the event of a successful deduction where the order is not confirmed on our system, the amount is typically auto-refunded to the source account by the payment provider within 5–7 working days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines depend on the shipping partner and destination pincode.
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Due to the nature of health and personal-care products, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery, with unboxing evidence.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Consultation fees, once paid, are non-refundable unless the consultation is cancelled by the clinic.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, videos and design — is the property of doctorpile.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene or infringes any third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, doctorpile.com and its doctors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website, services or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
